Colorful Rental near Downtown Rochester, <1 mile walk to Mayo Clinic

This fully furnished 3 bd/2 ba house is located right across Goose Egg Park where you can enjoy a tennis match or pickleball game in a safe, quiet, and friendly neighborhood. < 1 block from Broadway Ave, you have quick access to numerous restaurants, coffee shops, walking parks, and the malls. Silver Lake grocery store is < 0.5 miles walk. This house is a straight shot < 1 mile commute down to Mayo's downtown campus, where you will have access to intercampus shuttles to St. Mary's Campus if needed.

There are TWO rooms available for short/long term rental. Both bedrooms are connected by a separated hallway with a bathroom shared between the tenants (so if one room is not rented out, you will have a private bathroom). I have two dogs who love people who will be around the house, however, I have a gate placed to ensure that the dogs are not able to go into your separated area.
