MOVE-IN COST: -Security deposit and last month's rent required, and both can be paid over six months. If it is outside of Seattle, it needs to be paid in 3-months

LEASE: Lease term is 12 months

-All rentals are strictly non-smoking

PETS: This is a NO pets property.

UTILITIES: $150 per month for water/sewer/recycling/garbage. Tenants responsible for own electricity and internet.

YARD CARE: Tenant(s) responsible for everything up to six feet.

PARKING: Two parking spaces available by house. Guest parking (anything more than two cars) is street parking only.
