Chesfield Room B

This room is a small room with a desk and a dresser.
There is a twin bedframe available for this room if you would want to use it.
The home has dishes and pots and pans for your use.
You will share a fridge with one other person.
The bathrooms are both shared with other tenants.
You will be required to clean and supplies are accessable for use.
This room is available for a person who is quiet and can be responsible. There are 5 other people of all ages that live in the home. You are asked to respect others privacy and items.
There is room in the cabinet for your food and those areas are marked for you so you can keep them separate from others.
We do ask that you park on the street if there is no driveway parking.
Guests are allowed but no overnight guests without prior approval of landlord.
