This home is fully furnished with everything you could possibly need. Depending on how long you stay, depends on the deposit. We are willing to rent month to month or longer, we can work out the details. If you are renting for only one month, we will pay the utilities. If more than the a month, we will have the utilities switched. There is a beautiful firepit and picnic area also next to the creek.
