This is not the entire house. This listing is for a private bedroom and a bathroom shared with one other person in this newly renovated home. Kitchen, living room, dining room, laundry area, study, and yard are shared.

Utilities, secure garage parking, TV with streaming services, and wifi are included! Thermostat is adjustable up to 70 degrees in the winter and down to 75 degrees in the summer.

There are 4 suites for 4 different residents in the house. We perform background checks on all residents. There are locks on every bedroom door for your privacy. The photos of the bedroom and bathroom are specifically for this listing.

There is a pool and basketball court less than a block away, reserved for this community only..
