Will consider 1 small pet. Will need to discuss. I will make my washer/dryer available scheduled one day a week for your use. RENTERS INSURANCE REQUIRED. WILL NEED TO GET OWN MAILBOX IN TOWN. Provided; Towels-bath/hand/wash. Kitchenette with; toaster oven, microwave, single cup pod coffee maker, air fryer, one burner hot plate, pots, pans, bakeware, dishes, flatware, glasses, coffee cups. Tv, Internet provided, (absolutely no gaming). VERY IMPORTANT-I have horses on the premises and at times close the front driveway gate. If I have gate closed you must open/close.
