We are located in the country, minutes to downtown Salem. We have chickens in the back of the property & a 80 lb black lab mix dog. We prefer 1-2 cats, 1-2 small dogs or 1 Med-Large dog only. Dogs must meet our dog first - No acception. $1,579/mo with basic utilities included. We require renters insurance & $300 cleaning fee paid before final date.
