2) Proof of income for 3x the monthly rental rate and a 650 minimum credit score, or a guarantor to co-sign the lease who meets these requirements.
3) A signed lease
4) Deposits due at lease signing (in total, not per person):
Refundable Security Deposit: $1,500
Non-refundable Redecoration Fee: $500
Air Filter Fee: $100 (10 filters for the year)
