Tucked away on a quiet cul-de-sac and only a few blocks to the beach, this comfortable single family home does not lack in amenities. The home features two full kitchens and living areas with four smart TVs (65", 60", 55", and 32") with premium channels, a DVD player and two Keurig coffee machines. There are 5 Queen size beds, 2 Full size beds, and 1 full bunk bed. The swimming pool is not available for off-season use. Parking allows for seven cars in the driveway. No smoking and no pets allowed. Hot tub chemicals will be provided for tenant to self-maintain monthly.
