There is $150 fee to hold apartment for application review. The application fee is $50 for the first applicant and $25 for each additional applicant / occupant. ALL adults must be approved. There is a $100 deposit which is applied to the security deposit upon acceptance or returned if denied. In the event of applicant's cancellation or refusal to enter into a lease agreement with the owner, applicant agrees to forfeit the deposit as liquidated damages for expenses incurred in holding the apartment. We require proof of income. 1/3 of applicant's gross monthly income must exceed one month's rent (ex. if an applicant makes $3,600 / month then they qualify for apartments that are $1,200 or less). We will process a credit report and criminal background check. A credit score of 650 or higher.
