Rent is $900 per month and includes all utilities: heat, electricity, water, WiFi, lawn care, snow removal, and biweekly cleaning of shared spaces.

The house features 17 rooms, multiple bathrooms, a large shared kitchen, kitchenettes on each floor, and a spacious laundry room. We recently took over management and are making thoughtful improvements including new digital washers and dryers and updated flooring.

Rooms are available starting May 1 or June 1, with leases through May 31, 2026.

We are looking for kind and respectful tenants. A credit score of 680 or higher and income of at least 2 times the monthly rent are required. Background and reference checks are part of the application process.
