I'm renting out a cozy 1-bedroom in my 3-bedroom condo for a flexible move in date between June 1st and September 1st, and I'd love to find someone great to share the space with! I'm the owner and live in one of the rooms, while the third bedroom is kept as a spare room.

The available room comes furnished with a comfy bedframe and mattress, plus a convenient stand-up desk — perfect if you work or study from home. There's a closet for storage and a window AC unit to keep things cool in the summer.

The shared living areas are bright, clean, and welcoming, and you'll have access to an in-unit washer and dryer. Located in Roslindale, the condo is just a 15-minute walk to Roslindale Square with easy access to buses and the commuter rail at. Street parking is free and unrestricted, which is a huge plus!
