We have this great house with a garage, full basement and a nice and flat back yard available for rent available October 1st. It is on Boyd st at the corner of Ohio ave right across from the new Family Dollar. Close to Versailles avenue and the bus line.

Our applications are free and its available to all section 8 and non section section 8 people. It comes with a fridge and a stove. Tenants pay gas and light only and lawn care. Being shown by appointment.

Some pets will be acceptable with restrictions on certain breeds. Please email full name and number and indicate whether you have section 8 or income.
