Has a 3/4 bath with step-in shower, dresser, desk, streaming TV, walk-in closet and private deck. Parking off the alley. There is a 2 bedroom unit below, laundry room is shared with that unit. We insist on respectful behavior towards the people in the lower unit: no smoking any substance, no noise disturbance. Rent is $1325 per month, plus utilities. Pets negotiable.
