Next to Tilden Regional Park.

Downstairs next to carport is a separate in law unit with own entrance. My partner is going to be working 3 days/week every other week in the city so we would like to keep this for our own use. It will be set up as a bedroom so if you have any guests visiting, you are more than welcome to the space! On occasion, he would bring our 2.5 year old son to visit but rarely, if ever.

If you would prefer the entire house to yourself including the in law unit, we can do that as well.
