Large bedroom- $1350
Small room is $1300
Or, entire space can be rented if you prefer not to share, $2600.

Price is all-inclusive as long as utilities are not overused.

I can do Flexible leases

The home is mostly furnished and includes a large common area, fully equipped kitchen, breakfast nook, and large deck.

When renting a room you share the bathroom with one other student and at times the kitchen and common area with a third if a rotation students is here and responsable for that part of the house as I do not use it.

$150- $850 deposit to hold room, first month at signing, and last month's rent is required when moving in but can be split over 3 months when doing longer leases.

$300 refundable fee only once all move out requirements are met
