Tenant is responsible for cleaning private area and kitchen after using. Weekly cleaning of common areas and weekly linen laundry service provided. Walking distance to nearest hospitals and other medical facilities, as well as public transportation. Near to shopping and restaurants. Minimum 30, 60 or 90 day renewable leases. $500.00 refundable security deposit, $150.00 non-refundable cleaning fee, $850.00 1st month's rent all due upon signing. Strictly no smoking and no animals.
