Bedroom in a beautiful house in Plaza

We have a bedroom that will be available in August for another clean, respectful, and responsible housemate to join us in our 3 bed 2 bath house near the plaza district. We currently have 2 law students and 1 super well behaved and quiet dog named Hercules (not looking for another dog to join the crew, sorry). The bedroom that will be available shares the hall bathroom with one of the other bedrooms. The first floor has plenty of common space with a beautiful kitchen, dining room, and living room.
The washer and dryer are in the garage, but no garage parking available. Great backyard with a covered patio.

$650 plus $100/month for your share of the bills (includes wifi and lawn mowing).
This room can be furnished or unfurnished, depending on your preference.
