There is a $75 application fee per applicant and all adults living within the home would need to apply. Application can be made online at propertymanagementroswell.com. Under 'Tenants' click 'Apply Now'. Be prepared to upload copies of photo identification and copies of your last full month of pay stubs as we will be unable to process the application without these items. The first full month of rent and deposit are due at lease signing. If move-in occurs mid-month your second month of residency will be prorated accordingly.
Pets;
Pets are welcome, however we have specific breed restrictions, and specific weight restrictions. We do not allow any full/mixed aggressive breeds and we have a maximum weight allowance of 75 lbs. There is a non-refundable pet fee of $300 the first year. Each additional year you lease with us an additional $150 non-refundable pet fee would be due.
