This top floor unit has stunning views of the surrounding forests and with many windows and natural light. Edgemont is the premier master planned development community in Durango with extensive hiking and biking trails and fishing access on the Florida river just a short walk from the apartment. After a remodel in 2018, this unit was used as a primary residence before becoming a rental. We are looking for long-term tenants who are going to love living in our charming, cozy apartment.

We require a $55 background and credit check and one months rent deposit prior to moving in. Got pets? Wonderful! You will just have to pay a non-refundable $300 pet fee prior to move in.
