Hi, my name is Hawk, we are renting our clean non-smoking home located on the beautiful and acclaimed Santa Rita Ranch which includes a 4 bedroom, 3 full bath home, all appliances including a washer and dryer, weekly trash pickup, 2 car garage that includes WiFi to 1 gig, a clean water osmosis system, a big back yard that includes a 20'x 25' deck with a 70" screen tv on the back patio, a 70" wall tv in the upstairs media room and 55" inch wall tv in one of the rooms. This property includes 3 swimming pools for both kids and adults, as well as a splash pad area for the little ones.
We will require a full background check done and paid for by renters. We are asking that our tenants make two times the amount of the rental per month to cover the $2400 rent. There will also be a $2400 deposit due at signing on this property. In case of pet(s), we will require a $300 deposit for the first pet and $150 for a second pet.
