Kids/pets are fine but they must be kept quiet. Pets will require a $230 deposit and a $30 monthly fee.
The basement includes a private entrance leading to 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, family room/ kitchenette!!
*I'm currently adding a stove with a vented microwave. The pictures don't show that because it's not installed but it will be soon.*
Also I had to update the fridge from the one that's pictured.

I'm renting out the whole basement to a single individual or a couple.
Must be willing to sign a 6-month lease. A year lease can be discussed later.
The tenant(s) will also have use of the backyard, & the shed which may be used as a 1 car garage or storage.
