Our application process can take up to two business days. Anyone who would be residing in the residence who is 18 or older is required to submit an application.

Application Fee: $30 per applicant.

You are required to provide a copy of your current driver's license with your application. We also accept a non-expired work visa or Green Card.

For approval applicant(s) must:
1. Have a credit score of 700 or higher.
2. Meet income threshold (see below)
3. Have no eviction history
4. Have good rental history
5. Have a clean criminal background
6. Does not have past due balance for any of the following: child support, utilities, cell phone carriers, or past property managers.

Minimum Income: combined income of three times the rent for a single household, or individual income of two times the total rent of the house for each roommate. You will be required to submit two months of current pay stubs.

We will also accept a hire letter from your future employer which must state the hire date and salary.

If you are self-employed, you will need to provide the first page of your tax return for the past two years.

There is a one-time lease administrative fee of $250 for the procurement of the lease agreement.

Minimum of $100k liability insurance and renters insurance required. Questions, please feel free to call.
