Apartment includes private entrance, private jacuzzi, private deck, private laundry + fenced yard!

Though listed as an apartment it's much more like a single family home as it is very private and quiet. There are no shared walls and there will be no one across the hall. This means there will be no one to disturb you.

You will have your own private enclosed jacuzzi, 8' x 10' deck (which automatically lights up at night), laundry, storage and parking space, also a guest parking space. You won't be sharing any of these amenities with anyone.

Additionally, you will be able to control your own heating and cooling via remote control. Furthermore, if you like plants and desire a place to grow them, you will have your own space to tend in the spacious greenhouse. (Poppy seeds and Cannabis will not be permitted)

There's a flat fee of $75 which covers ALL utilities.

You will be living in a quiet, peaceful crime free neighbood. You will be minutes away from King Soopers, Safeway, a statue walk park. Historic downtown Frederick is only 3 blocks away.

Also you will have free Wi-Fi.
