I am looking for a sublet for the summer ranging from May 12th to July 31st. It is a 4-bedroom 4-bathroom apartment with roommates. You will be getting your own bedroom room (the largest bedroom) and your own bathroom.
- The room and apartment are fully furnished as it was recently built.
- Kitchen has microwave, fridge, oven, stove, and granite counter tops.
- Apartment is located in the amenity building, meaning you are a short walk away from the pool, propane grill, gym, study rooms, etc.
- Free coffee in the lobby.
- Rent is $900 with utilities included (negotiable).
- Less than a 5-minute drive to campus and provides a free shuttle service.
