I have a spacious bedroom available for immediate move in on July 1* in Westminster. The bedroom has a large closet with sliding doors and a window overlooking the neighborhood and trees. It is located directly next to the 405 freeway, perfect for quick access to work or school. The flooring has carpeting and has recently been cleaned. You must be ok with pets, as I own a cat. Please keep in mind that the room won't be fully furnished. I do provide a bed frame and mattress. The kitchen is shared, but light cooking is preferred. The laundry room is located by the community pool. Parking is available both onsite and in the neighborhoods.
