Allston: Looking for one roommate for a two bedroom apt close to BU.
$1325 / month includes heat and hot water.
22 year old male Boston native starting grad studies at BU this coming fall is looking for a housemate for a spacious, renovated apartment. The apartment has great light, exposed brick, new kitchen, new bathroom, huge back porch. Third floor. Laundry in basement.
Half block from the Harvard Avenue stop of the (B) green line, four stops from BU.
Would like to find a housemate who is a grad student or working, and who wants to hang out sometimes. I like crafting, running, reading, drawing, cooking. As a roommate, I am quite amenable to the needs of others, but like to agree on a shared set of guidelines/principles for our shared spaces. LGBTQ & cat friendly!
