Uncovered parking and private on-site laundry. No smoking or pets allowed. Owners have a very friendly dog named "Bubba"!! Tenants are required to obtain a post office box to receive mail. Please do not access property on your own. Hot tub pictured is not included in rental. Based on septic size there is a two-person maximum.
