Our apartments give you just enough space to rest and relax, while the efficiency kitchen gives you just enough space to prepare your essentials. We have both lofted and studio spaces, and many of our apartments have balconies.

Location is everything, and here you're just steps from 7-Eleven and Taco Time, a 5-minute walk to West Seattle Golf Course, and a 10-minute walk to the YMCA. Commuting is easy with the West Seattle Bridge less than 2 minutes away, I-5 just 10 minutes by car, and the RapidRide bus stop around the corner, offering quick access to downtown Seattle.
