Affordable Student Housing 2 Blocks from Campus

All of our units are 2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms, and the whole unit is 810 sq feet. We offer shared, as well as private bedrooms with a shared kitchen and living room. Each unit comes unfurnished. For shared bedrooms, rates start at $799 with a flat rate utilities fee of $95 per person. You will be sharing a bedroom and bathroom with one roommate. The kitchen and living room area will be shared with your bedroom roommate, as well as one to two other roommates occupying the second bedroom. For private bedrooms, rates start at $1,480 with a flat rate utilities charge of $140 per person. In the private bedroom space, you will receive your own bedroom, bathroom, and private entry way which makes it possible for you to lock your space off from the rest of the apartment. You will only be sharing the kitchen and living room with one to two other roommates. There is an option to rent out the whole apartment, starting at a rate of $2,960 with a $280 utility. Your utilities are flat rate and includes water, electric, gas, trash and recycling, Wi-Fi, cable, landscaping, admin fees, and 24-hour emergency maintenance and security.

Our office is open weekdays from 9am-6pm and on weekends from 10am-4pm. Please let us know what date and time works best for you and we will be happy to get you scheduled for a tour!
