For rent september 1st is a 1 BR 1ba apartment at 904 Ferry street. Unit has an electric stove and backyard. Water heater and the furnace run on gas. There is a basement primarily for storage but there are washer and dryer hookups.

50 monthly pet rent for dogs 10 cat

Tenant responsible for the water and sewer bill. Water is usually around 30 a month (water bill comes every 3 months. The sewer bill is usually around $70. Tenant is responsible for electric and gas bill and all other utilities.

Requirements :
Verifiable income of at least $3500 a month. 1st and last month's rent and 1 month of security deposit are due at lease signing. As well there is a $100 deposit that goes to the Easton water authority. 3850 due at signing.
Credit and background check. This is separate from income verification which costs nothing. I run Credit and background through turbotenant there is a $55 dollar non-refundable fee for that which is paid directly to turbotenant.
