The townhouse is located ~10-minutes from Liberty University and Lynchburg College, less than 5 minutes from Peak's View Park, and very close to the stores and restaurants on Old Forest Road. A GLTC bus stop (Route 8) is a five minute walk from the townhouse.

Monthly rent is $625 or $680 (depending on the room) and includes all utilities and high-speed internet. Available for move-in on June 1st, 2024.
