This is a 2017 double-wide manufactured home. It is move in ready. We are looking for a tenant who will take care of this property as their own. The property is nicely located on its own private acre of land, down a quiet dead-end street between Lumberton and Kountze city limits off hwy 69. The acre is mowed and maintained by a lawn service paid by landlord. The tenant is responsible for Electric, Cable (high speed available, Spectrum) and garbage services. We require all applicants to meet all application requirements (shown in photos) before we show our home. Those include returned application, $35 check credit score (650), background check and criminal record, employment. We do not offer government housing. We have a strong no pet policy inside or out, our insurance does not allow adult size swimming pools or trampolines, no sub-leasing and no smoking inside home. Tenants need to be 21 or older to apply. $1295 rent/ $1000 deposit
