No outstanding utility bill balances
Household combined monthly income must be more than or equal to 3 times the rental amount
In addition to the monthly rent, a $17 monthly asset protection fee is due on the 1st of each month for all rentals.
If credit is BELOW 620, a double security deposit or SDI policy will be required. Security deposit or SDI policy is due within 48 hours of an approved application.

If negative information is found in any category, the application is subject to denial. (Failure to comply with adding all required documents and information will result in automatic denial of the application)
