Updated 5bd house, entire upstairs is vacant. The available space includes 3 bedrooms + a common/hang out area. We are two roomies + 1 cat living downstairs, living here over a year. We're mid-20s to early-30s, work full-time. Enjoy alone time as much as hanging out communally. We aren't big drinkers or partiers, and prefer folks who are more chill, clean and have respectful, mature communication styles.

We are open to folks who may want to live more communally, or to folks who are more private. Utilities split equally. We have one sweet, quiet, shy, kitty. The only way another pet would be considered would be with some meet and greets and kitty approval.
