This 2 bedroom 2 bath condo is now available. This home is located close to shopping and dining and just minutes away from the white sandy beaches of Gulf Shores. Condo includes a storage room right off the balcony. It is located on the 2nd floor. This complex has a community pool and rent includes trash, cable and internet. The HOA does not allow tenants to have pets.

All applicants must meet all requirements:
• Everyone 19 and older that will be living in the home, must apply. ($50.00 non-refundable application fee for each applicant.)
• 600 or better credit score is required.
• Pet fee $250.00 per pet (non-refundable)
• No landlord collections or evictions will be accepted.
• Deposit is non-refundable if you decide to not rent the home.
• Income must be 3 times the monthly rent. EX: $1500 per month rent would require an income of $4500
• Criminal history must not contain felony conviction(s) for criminal offenses involving; violence, assault, battery, firearms, arson, the manufacturing and/or distribution of controlled substances within the past seven (7) years, or misdemeanor or felony conviction(s) for sexual offenses regardless of when the conviction occurred.
• Bankruptcies must be discharged for 3 years.
• Co-signers must meet all the criteria
• Applications are approved in completion order. An email determination letter will be sent to you within 24-48 hours.

Holding deposit is due within 24 hours of approval and is not refundable if you decide to not lease the home.
