Each unit is closely situated to a huge community swimming pool and marina with available, easily-accessible boat slips We are a pet friendly community as well(weight restriction).
Water, garbage removal, and pest control are all included in your rent! No washer/dryer hookups but laundry facility is on site. Pictures are NOT of exact unit available.

We require a clean background, no evictions, and a credit score no less than 600. Income should be 2.5 times the monthly rent. Upon signing your 12-month lease, we will require application fees, first and last month's rent, and a security deposit.
