$200 per week private room for rent (all bills included)

***House is setup for co-living situation...up to 4 residents (owner included) at any time.***

House is located near the Westchase District and Galleria area...10 mins west of The Galleria Mall and 10 mins south of the Memorial City Mall.

Renter must have minimum 650 credit score and make 2x the rent in income. Full background check through KeyCheck @$45 paid by the applicant is required.

Private room measures approximately 10'x10' with queen size memory foam bed, desk, chair, 42" smart TV, mini fridge, small dresser, night stand and floor lamp.

Hallway bathroom will be shared by up to 3 residents.

Prefer minimum 6 mos stay or month 2 month....$800 per mo includes all bills paid (electric, water, trash, gas).

A/C is kept at 72 F from 9pm-9am and 78 F from 9am-9pm.

No outside shoes inside. No smoking/vaping inside. Quiet time 11pm-7am. No overnight visitors. Must be clean and clean up after yourself and pets.
