2 Rooms for rent with a pool including all utilities plus internet.

Im male with a girlfriend not living with me so im only looking for males. Im renting out 2 bedrooms in a three bedroom two bath home. No smoking , vaping , marijuana or drug use on the premises. Also no guests as its a shared home. I usually don't have guests over myself. It's more comfortable for whoever is living in the house not to have strangers come and go for their safety and security of their property as well.

Requirements
3x monthly rent in income
Minimum of 660 credit score
No criminal background
No past evictions

I also ask that you get your own personal mailbox. UPS is best as they accept mail and packages as well. That way nobody's mail gets misplaced or accidentally forwarded when someone moves. I want someone who has a full-time job who actually works outside of the home. prefer someone who sleeps during the night and works in the day as well.
