This is in an East Austin neighborhood near the Tesla Gigafactory. The place is well-kept. My wife and I are the homeowners. We're pretty laidback and low-key on most weekends. We enjoy being outside and have 2 dogs (golden retriever and giant schnauzer) as our bosses of the property.

There are structured house rules to follow. One room is unfurnished and one bedroom offers a room queen-size bed and a closet. High ceilings throughout the living room and access to a fenced backyard and a kitchen featuring a stainless steel appliances. We have a freezer in the garage available for sharing.

We have an alarm system with 24/7 monitoring, AT&T Fiber Wi-Fi, and both dryer/washer available.
