Our properties are non-smoking on the inside and if you are an outside smoker all cigarette ends must be disposed inside a proper disposable container.

Pets must be approved by the property manager. If approved, there is a $500 non-refundable pet fee and pet waste must be picked up and disposed of in the trash.

All Family 1st tenants are required to show proof of a minimum $100,000.00 limited liability insurance. There is an option to add this to the rent for an extra $15.00 a month.
