Process:
We do in person showings along with paper applications. If we approve your application the next step is background and credit check on each person over the age of 18. We don't care much about credit scores but we still do credit check to check records of evictions and verification of information given on application

Screening is $55 fee per person which is directly paid from you to turbo tenant
This fee must be paid within 24 hours of approval. Once approved we set up an appointment for lease signing.

We allow pets with an additional fee of $25 per month per pet and a $200 non refundable
