3) kitchenette, 4) 3/4 bathroom (shower/toilet/sink).
(2) walk-in/out entrances. We would share the washer & dryer in your kitchenette. 40 MBPS Wi-Fi. 1/3 of a LARGE garage would be available for storage/car parking. Fenced-in backyard. James Creek runs through the backyard. Jamestown is a quaint village of 250 residents. This would be mountain living @ 7,000 ft. high. 10 miles/ 20 minutes from Boulder. Negotiable to the right pet. No guns or smoking or weed growing. Looking for a considerate, mature, kind person to share my house with. Being willing to trail hike my 2 year old Chesapeake Bay retriever would be appreciated :-) But not required. Thanks for taking a look at my listing.
