Street parking is available. There are washer and dryer hookups available, as well as extra storage in the basement. Pets are welcome with a non-refundable $200 deposit, and additional pets will incur a monthly non-refundable fee of $25. Minimum 12-month lease required. The first full month's rent and a full security deposit are required to sign the lease. Renter's insurance is also required. Does not accept Section 8.
