You will need to provide your DL & SS card, you pay-slips, & or bank account statements. If you sold your house I will need your HUD statement. You will also need to do a Turbotenant application, at your cost.
You must prove you financially are able to pay rent.
We are next to the school bus station which is legally a school building, therefore by state law, a registered sex offender cannot live within proximity of a school building. So before applying check the state law if you are allowed to live here.
