-Must bring own SMALL fridge, if need
-You're responsible for your own EVERYTHING!
-We're musicians & We'll be respectful & prevent playing music to loud late nights. We're looking for someone who wouldn't mind it.
-Privacy is a must! We don't like too many people come and go in the house.
-No illegal drugs inside our home - can smoke cannabis ONLY outside in backyard
-No cigarettes smoking near the house
-ALL INCLUDED
