Qualifications:
The room is fully furnished (queen bed, dresser, night stand and lamp). You will be sharing a bathroom with 3 other people. Only single occupancy (1 person no pets) and no overnight guests. The deposit is $375. You must have job and work at least 30 hours weekly or be in school full time (12 credit hours), be able to provide verifiable income ( 2 months of check stubs) and bank statements and make at least 2 x's the monthly rent in order to qualify. There is a $55 application fee that includes a background check and credit check.
