This charming 3 bedroom / 1 bath Bungalow will have 1 room available September 2025--Near downtown Corvallis and OSU! The home is FULLY furnished. It is an Airbnb during the summer months. Bedroom #3 has a queen bed, dresser, and desk. Bedroom #2 has a double bed and dresser inside the closet. Bedroom #1 has a queen bed, dresser, and desk. Lease terms will be September 2025-June 2026 (OSU Fall/Winter/Spring Terms). ALL utilities, housecleaning, WIFI, water, yard maintenance, etc. are paid by the owner. Basic cleaning items (paper towels, detergents, etc.) will be provided. Washer/dryer in the basement. No pets, smoking, drug use, or loud parties. Applicants must be female students at Oregon State University, no exceptions. Credit Score of 650+. Co-signer is required to have 3 times rent. $1500 Deposit, $150 App Fee, and 1st month's rent due prior to move-in. Renter's Insurance required.
