Due to the death of my last parent, I have had to leave the U of A. I have two leases that I need to sublet. The current one ends in July 2025. New lease starts August 2025 and goes through July 2026.
Rent price excludes parking, electricity ($30/mo), valet trash service ($10/mo), and assigned parking spot ($100/mo)
There is not currently anyone assigned to the other room so if you had someone you wanted to live with, you could. If not, you will get an assigned roommate that matches your lifestyle.

Amenities: pool & hot tub, 2-story indoor/outdoor gym, multiple study rooms on every floor, rooftop, tanning bed, and large walk-in closet in bathroom

The Marshall is in the perfect location for UARK students, right at the corner of MLK and Razorback Rd. There are many restaurants, including Chick-Fil-A, Torchys, Andys, 7-Brew, and so much more within walking distance. It is also the perfect walking distance for football, basketball, and baseball game days. There are 2 Razorback Transit bus stops
