I have got a cozy room available in a bright and spacious home in Wellington Colorado! I am 20 minutes away from Colorado State University and 15 minutes away from old town!

Please note that this is the smaller of the three rooms (10' x 11').
This would be perfect for someone who is looking for some peace in quiet or a change of scenery.

You'd live with two males and 2 cats, I am happy to consider your pet to join this space!

The living spaces share ton of natural light, space to lounge, and with entertainment all around. The kitchen is perfect for anyone who loves to cook (we do!). The living rooms shares a space with a record player and a solid vinyl collection, CDs, and Dvds, with game stations.

The upstairs loft is a great place for reading or taking a load off.
